SUGGESTION: Adding a "Manager Note" column in Squad's Customize View

To clarify (if needed) Squad Customize View is where a player can manage which stats/info will be displayed in columns when viewing his/her squad roster. These can vary from Contract Expiry Date, Value, Apps, Goals, Assists, Average Rating, Average Rating in the Last 5 Games etc; and can then be sorted in any order that the player wants, and finally saved as a Custom View.

A "Manager Note" would be just like any of those columns, similar to that little (i) symbol before each football player's name which shows his stats when the mouse arrow is hovered over it. In the case of the "Manager Note", it would be a similar symbol (ie. (N)) that would display custom text (once hovered over with the mouse) the player entered regarding a certain football player. Normally, clicking or double-clicking the (N) symbol for a specific football player would give an option to edit that text message. To put some limits on it, a 150 cases limit could be implemented as it would serve as a short note players can use to put in any info that could be useful ie. "Was defiant/arrogant in the last game against Arsenal (2 weeks ago) upon receiving a 1 week wage cut for a straight red card he clearly deserved" or "Reacts badly to criticism 8/10 times regarding poor match performance" etc; these notes could serve as a reminder to help players 'adjust' their treatment of football players, with characters such as Tevez or Balotelli in mind where having a bit of a 'softer approach' could prove useful in the short term (until a replacement is found haha). Also, the idea of having just a symbol ie. (N) is to have a narrow column since it's name would be "(N)" as opposed to "Manager's Note" which would be too wide IMO, and I don't like narrowing those columns and cut away their names .
