ronaldo175 Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 Hi Under team policy I have selected "use current first team match tactics", however the reserves coach then decides to play a flat 4-4-2 when my first team formation is 4-2-3-1. lemeures Posted April 6, 2012 Share Posted April 6, 2012 check what the coaches favourite formation is. also might wana check editor, if he makes early changes chances are hes doing so as the players dont fit the formation. try experimenting, make your first team available for next game, assuming they are naturals in the positions you want and see what happens?
