PPPPPPPPPPPP10
I know this is something that we can't change in the game but I'm wondering as to why it seems year by year the season tickets made available/sold gets higher (provided your team keep playing successfully) ? From the average ticket prices / average season ticket prices it looks like the season tickets gets a big discount, which is as it should be BUT the main purpose of a season ticket is to have a certain numbers of seats filled every game in an effort to pack the stadium and if each year you have a sold out game every game that means you have little reason to try and sell as much season tickets as you can since season tickets = lower revenue. It makes more sense actually to reduce season tickets available so more people will have to pay the regular ticket prices if your team have a full season worth of sold out games... What do you guys think, is this something that should be brought up and ask SI to change?
Keep Them N'Guessen
I wasn't aware that clubs did put a limit on the number of STs they could sell. If a club has a stadium capacity of 10,000 with, say, 8,000 of those seats allocated to home fans, I'd imagine they could sell 8,000 STs if there was enough demand
milnerpoint
Not at all, clubs rely on the huge income season tickets generate at the start of a season, that is guaranteed income, relying on weekly gates is not, you could lose your first 10 games and have a half full stadium for the next few months.
