evolution of saints Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 Right i have a problem that i have never encountered in the past. I requested a scout report. but just 'get report card'. it comes through on my messages and i click view report and then it comes up with the message 'you need to request a member of your scouting staff to compile a report on this player'. Of which i have just done? How do i solve this. i am in the second season and have not done anything new and it has not happened before. HELP??!! Thanks .
