The game still gets confused with loan to buy transfers

I've noticed that the game still has a little bit of confusion over players who were loaned before they were transferred permanently. On my current save I've seen two such cases now. The first was a young midfielder who I signed on loan as cover. After one substitute appearance I thought I may as well have a pop at signing him permanently before the window closes, and I did sign him. A couple of seasons later I have checked his biography and it seems that it thinks that he has "spent his entire career at AC Milan" where he has "yet to make an appearance". He has however "won two Eredivisie titles" there...

I also signed another young striker over the last transfer window in a similar manner and the same problem seems to have occurred.
