Sunday League Footballer or International?

Recommended Posts

Well 'realistically' if offered the Chelsea job you would have at least professional experience. I cant see abramovich offering joe blogs from hoddesdon town fc the job. So it's a tough one. Do you want it to be realistic in terms of YOUR experience or realistic in terms of the game world

So what is Automatic for then?

I have read a few threads with people saying the game is broken if you pick Sunday leage as you are always seen that way and the game dosent elevate you as you win things. Is thattrue? I'm about to start a new game and am not sure what background to select.

Sadly, I need to confirm you that this is true, as proven in the two threads below:

You will never be respected by your players, even if they are them self on a amateur contract. André Villas Boas and Mourinho would not even get respect if they would manage an amateur team. This year had the potential to be the best FM ever, but they failed on the most essential mechanism in the game. They way that your squad perceives you in the game. Even though you have more achieved then they ever will, they still see you as a noob.
