I cant see abramovich offering joe blogs from hoddesdon town fc the job. So it's a tough one. I have read a few threads with people saying the game is broken if you pick Sunday leage as you are always seen that way and the game dosent elevate you as you win things. Is thattrue? André Villas Boas and Mourinho would not even get respect if they would manage an amateur team. This year had the potential to be the best FM ever, but they failed on the most essential mechanism in the game. They way that your squad perceives you in the game.
