TomCorbett Posted March 9, 2012 Share Posted March 9, 2012 Yeah it matters a fair bit to be honest mate, for example if you take the option of ex-international, even if you manager an amateur side you will be linked with top teams, for example; i manager Worcester City in the Blue Square North and sometimes got linked with Arsenal and Hoffenheim etc. Players will also be more attracted to work with you if your past playing experience is significantly higher than the level you manage.
