santy001
I'm not going to go all gung-ho bug shouting here, it's more to see if anyone else has has this. Just played a game in the Euro cup, a game in which a total of 5 goals were scored 4 by me (Stoke) and 1 (Metalurgs). Anyway, the actual game shows the screen as it being 3-1 at the time of the final whistle. The goal I highlight over from Steven Naismith is the one that was scored, not ruled out or anything yet somehow doesn't count on the scoreline. At the time of Naismith's goal Here's the first image http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g56/santy001/4_1a.png This still persists after the game, having done the team talk let it etc all the match reports say 3-1, yet go back into the game and Naismith's goal is still there but the overall screen shows: http://i53.photobucket.com/albums/g56/santy001/4_1b.jpg Then when I look back at my team overview, Naismith doesn't actually have a goal. wwfan
I believe this is a very rare, long-term bug that can't be fixed because nobody knows how to recreate it.
Administrators Neil Brock Posted March 8, 2012 Administrators Share Posted March 8, 2012 Yeah hate to say it but wwfan is right. It's incredibly rare but incredibly difficult to reproduce, we appreciate you taking the time to bring it up and apologise you've encountered it in your save. santy001
Ah no problem, if its any help at all I had hit tactics just as the move had begun (in the lead up to the goal) and had been making changes during that play. Just as Naismith shot I hit confirm on the tactics making the 3 subs and they were going through as 'Naismith' scores down the bottom of the screen. It may or may not be of any use at all but that was how I encountered it.
