Yohan4Cabaye
I was quite suprised when I took a look at my team's finances to see the 119m debt still remains. Would it be fair to use the data editor to remove this debt as it has been in the news in recent days that newcastle are set to announce that they are to break even. Anyone else puzzled? SWaRFeGa
The phrase "set to announce" would suggest nothing is confirmed. If you feel that you are confident these debts are going to be reduced - then edit your game as you wish!
Yohan4Cabaye
I doubt 119m debt would clear up over a matter of weeks though to be fair, would like to know if anyone has cleared these debts as it takes until 2028 game time for the club to go into profit. Katarian
Breaking even doesn't mean the team has no debt. It means the club haven't recorded a loss in that years accounts.
Dan-Toon-Army
The debt does still remain in real life , interest free , Newcastle breaking even though just mean over the last financial year i.e not made a loss over the year.

RichieVilla
Sky Sports News reporting today that Newcastle has no debt from 3rd Party but they owe Mike Ashley 140m interest free, i guess this would be classed in game as Chairman loan
Michael F
from the patch before this one it was set as repayment when in profit
