Buzzlightyear
Jump ship, take on Hartlepool for a couple of years then move on again still you get to the very top.
Nottingham Forest
It depends, do you feel you've achieved all you can with Eastleigh? Have you been there 4 seasons in the same league? If so, I'd consider moving, unless you really want to get them promoted. By the sounds of it, you're quite a long way off being close to promotion. What were your plans for Eastleigh when you took over? Is your job getting harder, ie budgets being cut and you feel it's becoming more of a chore than a challenge. What's your aim for the save? One man club or journeyman save? Many questions to think of, and only you can make that decision .
mije1983
What was your aim when you started the game? I fit was to take Eastleigh all the way then stick with them. If it was to get yourself up the leagues as quickly as possible then take the Hartlepool job.
bolulu
Unless there is something really unpleasant about the job being offered (club very insecure financially, players with "match highest earner clause, etc.) then I always tke the job. One of the things I like most about FM is the challange of creating a good team a.s.a.p.. For me, the first two years at a club are the best ones. BS_8
Save the game before the offer and once you take the hartlepool job save the game under a different name. You then can think about it or play both?
azzvilla
should i not try and get eastleigh into the league 2 instead of leaving them?
