Managing under 21's

So the end of the 2014 season and Capello resigns from England after losing in the world cup final in brazil. After a week Stuart

Pearce takes the job (don't think it would be too popular a choice but hey no) leaving a space in the under 21 set up, so after 2 successfull seasons with derby getting them promoted to the premiership I decide to apply and low and behold old psycho offers me the job. I accept with a heart full of pride (and I even tell my wife what has just happened as I am so proud of myself) but I now find myself in a world of u21 management, as well as managing derby and I feel a bit lost.

So basically I am after any tips or suggestions on what to do. I tried to do a squad report but it said I needed an assistant but I'm sure I can't get one for international management. I think I have managed to get two of the England coaches to scout my next two opposition but I'm not sure. Any tips, advice, suggestions or help would be really appreciated. Thanks guys
