I'd suggest not loading extra leagues, but instead loading extra players with the custom database option during setup. Load "Players from Top Clubs" in S. America, Central America, N. America, and perhaps Oceania. If you want fewer players you could just load the internationals from these areas. If you want more players you could load "Top Division Clubs" instead.
