Marcus Suridius Posted March 2, 2012 Share Posted March 2, 2012 I wanted to ask as this is an important thing for me, I have highered a 34 year old Assistant Manager and some of his attribs bar tactical is lowish. My question is over time do their attribs go up, this is an issue I have about all back room staff. If they do go up then thats great cause you can give unproven staff a shot but if not is there any point what so ever in highering them. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
