Is there anyway to change it according to the kind of news it related to? I'm asking this question specifically because when another club trying to poach one of my staff the background news is yellow, which I don't pay much attention to since it's usually a scout report or unimportant press question. I don't get why pre-game press conference would be in a red background with a decision that need to be make so we don't miss it while another club trying to poach my staff only get a yellow background... I think it's a bad decision by SI since staff is very important to your club. Losing a coach will reduce your training effectiveness if you don't notice he's been poached, and losing a scout will mean all those scout reports that he's been collecting gone... It should be a red background with the game needing you to acknowledge the attempt so you can at least try to give a counter offer to the staff or at least prepare looking for a replacement.

Raging aside, is there a way to fix this in-game?
