Dave80 Posted February 25, 2012 Share Posted February 25, 2012 Hire yourself managers for the U19s/U21s and they pick up the best youth for you then you can filter it into your squad. Doesn't hurt to have a look in player search once in a while though! EDIT: The players put into the U19s/U21s are not added to the national pool though, you need to look at the squads and add them manually (or the managers will tell you in a message that "X" is ready for a call up to the seniors - once you call them up to the seniors they are auto added to the pool).
