Training and Transfers

Hello mates,

I want to discuss here about the system of Training and Transfers in the game, those systems are bad in FM12, sometimes i got a good player (3.5:4 stars) as a potential, but in training the player get a small bonuses, although i had a good academy and a good training ground. For transfers, our players should gain more attention from many teams. even if they aren't in Transfer market, i think if we do that the game will be more realistic.

Another thing about the golden ball, i have played till season 2015/2016 now, and Messi got the golden ball of all previous seasons, even though C.Ronaldo got much better stats with my management!!
