Crash on network game

First of all sorry for my English.

I have a serius problem in fm. I always play with my brother. I am the creator of the game and my brother join me. We played a hole season without problem. And suddenly yesterday he tries to join. He clicks the take control button, he set his passworld and he is starting playing. Everything was ok but when he clicks the message button he saw a crash error and he is out of the game. We try many things but nothing works. If i take control of his team the game is ok. But when he join it it crashes. I also send him the save game, so he was the host. I join him and everything is fine but we have each other different teams. Can anyone help me? A!!! Olso if my brother create a new head coach and pick another team the game is not crashing! Thank you
