I offer him a coaching contract since his coaching attributes are really good and I want to keep him around. He accepts a full coaching contract (not player/coach). The problem is, on his 'profile' his value and player attributes are still there...he's still on a training schedule...he's still part of the team basically. Is this a bug? In theory he would still accept a player/coach contract, until he hits his retirement date but he won't as he only just signed the coach contract.
