Kerrzinho Posted February 16, 2012 Share Posted February 16, 2012 Has anyone else encountered a problem where scouts keep rejecting contracts? Even as an EPL team signing a scout from League 1 (and offering considerably more money) I still get rejected. I must have offered 7 or 8 scouts a job and although the negotiations went well they've all rejected me. Also, once they've rejected me I can't go in and re-offer a contract. Is this intentional? As far as I know, this is a (very frustrating) glitch in the game. It also happens when the board blocks you from signing a staff member - you can't go back and try and offer them a new contract, after, say, sacking someone or getting a bigger coaching allocation.
