this is probably the most annoying part of football manager ever, i dont know if it is actually in 2012 the same, but i get close to the date and i can see it coming

if you upgrade any facility you get a msg it will cost about x.x million, and then they start planning and building, and by the time it finishes, if you dont have enough money at the time (even if you had it when it started) the whole project just gets canceled...

this is the most stupid thing ive ever seen, i mean did they build it, and just wrecked it apart at the day they realised they not getting their money??

the money should just go when the project is started .. very annoying if you play as a small club...

Building starts in between seasons. You need to have the funds when it starts(June in England) not when you ask I think.

You need it both times. Its best if you ask just before May, in Europe.
