Shane_Byram
Does the amount of money you, as the manager earns matter? If you earned so much could you buy the club?
SWaRFeGa
The only things it is useful for: a) the higher your wage - the less likely you are to be sacked by the board and face a hefty pay-out. b) to judge yourself against other managers at your level. LikeVegasMike
But to answer part of your question, I would say that it sometimes does matter. For example if u are managing a club with financial problems, and everytime you sign your contract with the club, you shouldn't ask for a wage increase in my opinion anyway. I always take the least amount I possibly can from the club!!
