Major problem launching football manager!!!!!!!!!

Okay so yesterday i booted up FM as you do and everything was fine so i played a match and i scored quite a decent goal so at the end of the match i want upload the highlights to youtube this is where the PROBLEM starts.I click upload highlights and then the whole computer frezze's so i leave it for 10 mins and i thought maybe it might be just slow to respond but no after 30mins its still the same so i get up Windows task manager and i see its not responding so i close it.Now today i try to boot FM up but i just get a neverending black flashing screen and my whole computer becomes unresponsive so i shut down the PC manually but the same black flashing screen comes when i try to do it again. ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREATLY APPREICATED THANX

I suppose the obvious things to try are updating your graphics card drivers and make sure that if you have a virus program that its not scanning the fm folders when its running.
