Requesting better system for club reputation

Started a game a couple of weeks ago, taking over one of the smaller clubs in the Swedish second division.

Of course, it is difficult to sign players from the other teams in the same division, as my team is expected to be relegated.

But once the results starts to go my way, I think it should only be natural that I can sign players from these teams.

In 2015 I am already in the Swedish first division, battling for promotion to the Swedish first elite division.

Shouldn't this make it easier for me to sign players? Still, I have a hard time signing players from division two top teams, just because I'm always expected to be relegated..
