Davey Boy Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 I have a few scouts searching for 3 and 3.5 star British/Irish players in the reserves and lower leagues and they comeback with nobody after 7 seasons, yet when i have a scout automatically scout good young players from a team he reads him as the potential i ask for in that scout to find yet he had previosly scouted that team and league. makes no sense to me. shirajzl Posted February 6, 2012 Share Posted February 6, 2012 Yeah, sometimes I wonder if the best solution is just to let your scouts roam through a region/country. They find much more players that way, including hot prospects. If I set some specific parameters for their assignment, for some reason they seem to miss many players that actually fit the filter.
