In game help needed

Hey lads not sure if this is the correct place to post, if not apologies. Just started up with the new patch and having an issue making tactical changes during a match. Each time I do so the game auto moves me to the classic screen where I am forced to watch the match until the tactical change has been completed. This happens even when I have it set to only commentary.

Is this a known issue or is there some way in which I can change it so this does not occur? As you can imagine it gets quite annoying having to watch the game for x minutes everytime I make some slight tactical tweak!
