Latest start date

Can anybody tell me which leagues/country to select to get the latest possible start date?? e.g starting the season in February 2012 rather than July 2011

Don't know about February but any of the countries which start their season in late winter or spring (e.g. Ireland, Norway) give you the option of starting in either Jan 2012 or 2011. It's possible that some countries with a similar season have a Feb start date instead but I don't know them all off the top of my head.
