Clubs buying or renting new stadiums

I was wondering if anyone has seen a pattern of when clubs announce their intention to either buy or move into stadiums that were built to host international tournaments?

My game has reached 2020 & the Euro's are taking place in Belgium where the bid team built 6 lovely new 50,000 all-seater stadia yet none of the Belgian league clubs are listed as moving into these state of the art & much larger venues, I would have thought that a few of the bigger clubs might have arranged a move to grounds with 2 or 3 times the capacity of their current homes.
