The "Football Manager™ Outstanding Managerial Achievement" award acknowledges those leaders that orchestrate generation defining moments for their club and its fans. This could be anything from achieving unexpected promotion to a giant killing or Cup run. Any achievement by a manager of a Football League club since the start of 2011 is eligible for consideration, such as Lee Clark’s record-breaking unbeaten run as Huddersfield Town manager, Dougie Freedman’s Crystal Palace knocking Manchester United out of the Carling Cup at Old Trafford in December or Paul Lambert leading Norwich City to a second successive promotion last season.
