I'm in my 4th or 5th season and got some really good 16 year olds who i want playing constantly in the under 18's / reserves. For example i have around 16 players i;ve signed in the last year who are class, and rated 4 or 5 stars, however the 4 or 5 others that have come through themselves and are crap, but are gettng a game in front of them.
