phnompenhandy
It's what I do - deal with all the tactics, training, player interaction, checking scout reports etc. It might take me on average an hour between finishing one match and kicking off the next one a week later. Macro-managing might mean ticking the box to have your assman handle the day-to-day running, picking one tactics at the start of the season and bombing through a whole season in an evening. Dafuge must be a glorious example of a macro-manager - didn't you get through over a hundred seasons on FM11? In the same time due to my pain-staking attention to detail I managed five!
