tomob12
Hi, I am managing Fleetwood in the BSP and I have a load of deadwood I want to get rid of to bring in fresh talent. No one wants to buy them off me and they wont accept mutual termination. If I release them on a free it costs me about £25k a pop. Is there another way to do it? Thanks
Cougar2010
Nope, thats part of being a manager dealing with what you get left with. Wait until their contracts expire then release them.
dezso
You could try offering them off for free, and with "not needed" ticked. Might get rid of some of them that way. Also try loaning them out for as much wage contribution as possible. But most likely you are stuck with them until contracts expire.

tomob12
Okay thanks guys. I have never seen such a lack of talent on the bench of a team, I guess thats the challenge of managing in the BSP. Cheers for the quick reply.
nbirkett1
In the BSS, I managed to loan all my unwanted players out for a full season with the other team paying 100% of their wages. I removed the "can be recalled" option, dunno if that helped them get accepted or not.
