Chris24
What do you guys think, Next Sneijder/Van Der Vaart
AidanofLFC
Great Technical and Mental stats, very poor Physicals though, i would set up a training schedule for him to help his Physical stats
Chris24
I think that this might be necessary for him to be able to deal with the physicality of the premier league. I want a season in the under 18s from him and then a loan season and then into my team hopefully.
RBKalle
I want a season in the under 18s from him and then a loan season and then into my team hopefully. I'd skip that year in the U18 as he'd just get Youth training (and subpar football) IMO he's already good enough to play in FA/League Cup and in early stages of European Competitions (if you qualified), so there's no need to waste one year of development
Chicha_14
I'd skip that year in the U18 as he'd just get Youth training I agree if they are as good as this guy looks bang them straight into the 1st team, it will be better in the long run. By the time he's 20 he could and probably will be a key player for your team.
Chris24
Christ so should i send him out on loan now or put him on a physical training schedule and use him as a backup midfielder in first team?
Robsy1990
Physical training, possibly send him on loan at 19/20 if he hasn't broken into your first team yet.
Slawbawn
Play him in the Premiership games you're pretty much a given to win. Gives him experience, gives others rests
Chris24
What sort of physical training shall i do because there doesn't seem to be many options

Chris24
Cheers Mate.
shirajzl
I'd put Shooting on light and use that for slightly more intensive Aerobic.
athos7
I'd agree with shirajzl and reduce shooting training. The kid already got 19 in finishing and long shot, for god's sake! Don't put him on a heavy workload! He'll either get injured a lot or unhappy, which destroys the whole point of developing him.
Chris24
Cheers guys, i have put on that training schedule and due to Tiote injury has started everygame. He has been my best player and he is happy with his training so im happy
aderow
For that kind of money he better be playing with your first team...
Chris24
Only cost me 6.75 million, not too expensive for a quality player, will quad my money at least easily
BiggusD
Don't send him out on loan. The AI is rubbish at developing players. 10 matches first season, 15 second, 20+ third and keep him match fit. Individual focus on quickness. If he is a model professional or something, heavy workload will be fine.
Bruun
Then you should see my next Cristiano Ronaldo!
jimbobBRFC
Wow, I want a regen like yours
Chris24
This is the first good one i have ever found on fm12, i am going to make him a Newcastle legend. He rejected Manchester United to join me, maybe it was the 25k a week wage i offered . and Jimbob look at all the top teams in europes under 18 squad and scout anybody valued above 750k who is a regen, the very best ones are usually valued in the millions. kilik
why cant i ever find great regens like this.
askep
Do NOT loan him out. He's under 18, so can still gain "Trained at club" home-grown status. Keep him with your club at any cost.
Ville Valo
Being picky i'd say he's too one footed, great stats though!
tomob12
In my view if your good enough your old enough, and he is definatley good enough! I would play him in cup and earlier european games as well as lower league prem games. It seems the best way to up someones potential is game time. Quite a find there mate! JCxING
Nice find. Would like to see his future development. Keep us posted!
Chris24
Well i have been playing him in every premier league game, in a word he has been my best player, scored a wondeful 25 yard volley in the 93rd minute away at Bristol City for us to win but picked up a niggly groin strain, thanks for the advice guys keeping him at my team is the best decision made so far on this save. His stats are improving too, his physical training is working a treat
