sfg
Watching the brilliant Javier Zanetti last night, is it possible in the game for a 38 year old to be that physically phenomenal (a regen say who has played 20 years in the game, not a real player who was coded in at 38)? I realise it's rare, but if it isn't currently possible to be at your peak or near it physically in your 30's in FM it would be nice to have at least the outside possibility i think for someone to retain their physical prowess late into their late 30's at least. Maldini still looked in great physical shape to me at 40, Costacurta played for Milan until he was 41, Cafu was physically outstanding well into his 30's and of course further back there was Sir Stanley Matthews. With nutrition, medical care and training improvements as well as increasing life expectancy, I would think it is something that we'll see more of irl in the coming years and decades.
