jimmyt86 Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 I have three options for my feeder club, 1 is a professional side in 3rd division and the other 2 are semi-pro sides in 2nd division. Their training facilities are similar and the working with youngsters attributes of the manager are also similar so it ultimately comes down to whether I want them playing a higher standard but semi-pro side or lower standard for a pro side.
