Transfer deals keep falling through.

Trying to hunt down 10 or so youth and sign them up for my Liverpool side.

However every deal I tried falls though, they accept the transfer bid, I offer contract and that is that, I hear nothing for near 2 weeks then the deal falls through.

Why?

I have 200m budget and wage is over 1m left!!

I have had this alot since the latest update. I make an offer, it's accepted, I offer a contract and then nothing happens. If i leave it i get a message that the transfer has fallen through. Sometimes i have to make the same transfer offer again and then it goes through straight away. Sometimes the offer will completely disappear from the transfer page too which is annoying. The majority of transfers go through fine. It's only the odd couple that nothing seems to be happening so I just make the transfer offer again. Usually does the trick.
