The Welsh Lad Posted January 15, 2012 Share Posted January 15, 2012 IT just means they are the lowest leagues playable in that country on FM, same has Wales in FM it only has the Premier League but in real-life there are 5 levels lower. If you are a manager in one of those leagues and you do finish bottom it mean the team is relegated from the football league and ultimately means your sacking (I haven't heard of anyone still being a manager of a club after being relegated from the lowest league).
