Adolfo Jiménez Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 Do you have this problem? In my new save as my home club Deportivo Cali, I am struggling to decide how to approach it. First, I have a limit of 1 first team coach, 2 coach and 1 youth team coach. I am wondering, is it possible to have just 4 coach? The Welsh Lad Posted January 13, 2012 Share Posted January 13, 2012 When your a small club your best looking just for specific important staff, like maybe use the Coach position has extra GK and FIT coaches and the First team and Youth Team coach has general all rounders, thats how I do it anyway because I like to have 2 GK Coaches and FIT Coaches. Depending on how you want to set up really, the Youth Coach can effectively be your Youth Team manager and your First Team Coach your Reserve Team coach.
