jozza800 Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 On FM11 I was able to pick the tactic and starting line up of the Reserve and u19 teams. The reserve/u19 manager would then only make changes to the line up when there was an injury. All this was done without having to actually control the reserve/u19. I cant seem to be able to do this. The Welsh Lad Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 You have to go into the team policy settings and tick 'use first team tactic' something along that line.
