Even if the advice isn't all that smart I don't want them to stop as it is easy to ignore what you don't agree with. Giggsidan Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 I'd like to know what they base their recommendations on new staff upon. You know.. when we have a coaching or scouting position available and they suggest people to be a perfect candidate. More often than not the people are terrible. I've also noticed that they are often 30-something year olds who have recently retired from playing or operate as a player/staff role still. Weird.
