LilSaint
can anyone help with this? I'm managing Anderlecht in the Belgian pro league, 3 seasons in. I noticed we didn't have feeder clubs so i asked the board.. but instead of giving me 3 options they said they had faith in me (obviously undeserved ) & i can just pick any club.. does anyone know what clubs would be good picks? should i just choose a nearby club in a lower division or an overseas club? would a long distance influence young players badly (like having trouble adjusting) or doens't this apply when they're on loan at a feeder club? You want a feeder club to loan players or extend scouting network or merchandise ?
LilSaint
to loan players basically, there's little chance of any youngsters breaking through in the first team just yet, so i'd like to stall them somewhere to actually get some match experience
Chad Beaulieu
Pay attention to the quality of the feeder clubs training facilities. The better the facilities the more likely your player will improve
vurogj
Try and get a couple of lower league Belgian clubs, semi-pro or pro if possible to maximise training time, and use the one whose manager has the better "Working with Youngsters" attribute.
