If you tend to let the ass.man do everything (that he can), all the above are nice stats to have. I would also include discipline then. Me, I leave teamtalks only to the ass.man (can't be bothered with it), and also I want the ass.man to be in charge of the tactical coaching - so I'm looking for one that has good stats in man management, motivationing, and of course good tactical coaching stats.
