aido16 Posted January 2, 2012 Share Posted January 2, 2012 Just got promoted from first to premier division in Republic of Ireland with Waterford United and have found i am allowed bring in full time players but can only still hire part time coaches/ass man/physio, plus i`m only part time manager as well. just wondering has anyone come across this before? is there a certain period i have to wait before i can then offer full time contracts? how will this affect my players and team in short and long term without full time training even though they are on full time contracts?????
