Opposition team reports: what do the stars mean?

Recommended Posts

If you get an opponent team report, what do the stars mean? Is that:

a) how the scout would rate the team if he were part of that team (as in: the stars are relative to that team)

b) how the scout would rate the team in relation to your team (as in: the stars are relative to your team)

I have the feeling it's (a), but (b) would be much more useful.

It's the first option, relative to that team. I agree with you that I would like it to be relative to your team but if you have a scout report on at least one player in the opposite team you can just do some math to figure out how they are relative to your team.

I noticed when you get the oppositions team report it shows their players relative to their team. Their best player will have 4 or 4.5 stars etc. But, if you then hover over the "i" next to the players name, it will show you the players star rating compared to your team.

I usually go for their star player then check what rating he'd have in my team. Usually the 4 stars is suddenly 2.5 stars and I have a good idea of their strength.
