what stats help increase tactical familiarity

Is there some stats of players which influence the knowledge of the tactic or is it just the formation itself whether it is a normal 442 or an asymetric formation which affects the "familiarity"?

I would hazard a guess at determination, as it seems to correlate to learning. An example is a signed couch with high determination will learn about the squads players quicker with high determination than one with low determination. But I have never realy thought about it, but as I said, it's an educated guess.

I did not know that.

So guys I tried this thing,I loaded up 3 saves.

With 3 different teams.

All had 4 star for tactical coaching and workload light.

All played same number of friendlies,played by assistant.For some reason 1 team got way ahead of the others in terms of familiarity.All 3 had very high teamwork for match preparation.

Any help what should usually be done to get the familiarity bars high and quickly?

Really need help on this.

I can vouch for this. I signed a new couch to do tactical training, going from 2,5 stars to 4,5 stars, and tactical familiarity seemed to go a lot faster even though I used a brand new tactic.

If you have three tactics with similar instructions (player positions, mentality, tempo, d-line, width) your tactical familiarity will increase faster. From my experience.
