Tactics View Question

Hi, I just picked up FM2012, and had a quick question about the Tactics Screen.

Do I always have to go to 'Player Instructions' to see if his attributes are good enough

for the specific position? Can't I somewhere select to have 1 screen with the attributes/position

and the other with the players, so I can easily switch them around (like in the previous FM),

and not have to constantly click back and forth between the 'Player Instructions' and 'Overview' screen?
