Unsporting or AI GK stupidity?

Just playing Man City in the league cup and we were on the attack during our attack Kolorov fell to the floor injured and a lame shot by Sow sent the ball into Pantilimons hands. He then kicked the ball out but Weiss got it played in Caicedo(two former Man City players) who put Sow through and he scored. Kolorov being down injured or at least standing there injured played my players onside. I would be fuming at my GK if he did this. Unsporting or as I think GK stupidity?

Anyone else had similar happen? On FM10 I had a player being treated on the sidelines who snuck bad on to head in at the far post with no one marking him, the cross was not played forward so he was not offside.
