Sussex Hammer Posted December 24, 2011 Share Posted December 24, 2011 Quite a few players are having problems motivating themselves playing for me??!! Fourth season in. First season - Promotion to Premier League. Second Season - Finished 6th. Third Season - Finished 5th. Fourth Season - Sitting 5th, with a League Cup Final appearance and a Euro Cup Quarter Final appearance. Finances are ok, morale is high. A few are whining about training but it's on medium so all in all it's a happy ship. So why do some of them have problems motivating themselves playing for me??!! And I can't even seem to find out who they are!!! Ok I started as a Sunday Morning Footballer rep but that's four seasons ago. Any ideas why and how to solve this? I have heard a few complain about the new patch your EPL finishes should make this type of thing not happen. What club are you managing West Ham?
