Job applications always made public

Every time I apply for a job at another club it always ends up with it going public. Is there anyway to apply for jobs without them becoming public knowledge and therefore under minding my current position?

No, but there should be imo.

I thought the balance was right in the previous versions - you could get away with a couple but if you took the pee and applied for lots you got found out.

I was at Monaghan United in Ireland, and kept having to apologise for applying for English Championship sides light years ahead of this side as the weekly budget was 2,500 and almost every individual player at the Championship clubs was on more than this themselves.

I shouldn't have to apologise for trying to better my career and how do the club know?

I would either apply online or put it in a post box!

I don't think that these things can leak so easily, so there should be some kind of option.

I'd like to see more media speculation. Rather than have applications become public, it would be fun if there was more speculation around possible moves etc. I know you do sometimes get a media message when you're linked withn a job, but not much is ever made of it.
