Training and Staff

Okay, so I'm kind of new to FM on PC, so could you guys show me how to impliment a decent training schedule as it would be greatly appreciated!

I'm also struggling on Backroom Staff, so does anyone have any suggestions [i'm Newcastle BTW] Thanks

The "Tactics and Training" forum contains a lot of people's hard work creating schedules of their own. Some of them look at specific players positions etc so this would probably be a good place to look if you want to download schedules or simply give you some tips if you want to create your own.

Backroom staff can be searched like players to just select the attributes you would like and select what level you would prefer them to be and they should show up in the search. I'd say have 1 physio, possibly 2. A few coaches covering the different training categories. As many scouts as the board (and your budget) will allow with a wide variety of geographical knowledge - this will increase the number of players that show up when you search.

Yeah, "T&T" is the place to go.

Even if you want to design your own schedule, I'd suggest downloading one to see how they work. That's what I did.

I right click the player's name and click "Squad" -> "Training" it should come up a list of your schedules, just click the one you want them to be on.
