Neil Train Posted December 19, 2011 Share Posted December 19, 2011 In the original version, searching for scouts with 12 determination and 12 JPA you'd get EVERY TIME Finidi George, Jens Jeremis, Asprilla, Sivebaek among others, covering most of the important countries. they've suddenly disappeared, along with Koutcherov who was at Willem II who now have NO scouts. what am i missing???
